The service office Praktik Vasilyevsky is located in the historic mansion of Karl Zadler in St. Petersburg — now known as the urban space "Lines" The location spans a total area of 1,852 square meters and offers 366 workstations in the form of private offices and open spaces. Additionally, the office features 3 meeting rooms with capacities for 4, 8, and 12 people, as well as a fitness corner.

The workspaces and common areas are equipped with the most modern furniture and technology. The high level of service is backed by the prestigious RCA Award — 2019: Praktik Vasilyevsky won the prize for the most technologically advanced coworking space. The second nomination — "Best Architectural Project for a Coworking Space" — was awarded for the unique integration of a modern space into a historic building.
