Proletarskaya

Praktik Proletarskaya opened in January 2023 in the center of Moscow. On three floors and an attic with a total area of 2810 sq.m, there are 578 jobs, including 51 smart rooms. The project occupied a historic building in the immediate vicinity of the Proletarskaya metro station. In terms of the level of service and technical equipment, the new location has become a leader among the capital's projects.

Praktik Proletarskaya has become the most expensive and technologically advanced network project. Workplaces are equipped with smart furniture, biodynamic lighting and a smart home system with temperature and humidity sensors. Meeting rooms are equipped with video conferencing systems and electronic boards. Face ID technology not only recognizes residents, but also controls the quality of work of service personnel. The subscription package includes the use of modern MFPs and print stations.

As in other premium projects, Praktik Proletarskaya focuses on the physical and mental health of clients and work life balance. For the first time in Moscow, an office of a full-time psychologist will work in a coworking space - residents will be able to sign up for a session or urgently relieve anxiety. In addition, the space is equipped with a music room with instruments, a DJ console and equipment for mixing tracks. On the basis of coworking, regular yoga classes and functional training, as well as on-site training are held.
