Proletarskaya

Praktik Proletarskaya opened in January 2023 in the Central District of Moscow. Spread across three floors and an attic with a total area of 2,810 square meters, the space offers 576 workstations, including 51 smart offices. The project occupies a historic building of the "Sotyi" department store, located in close proximity to the Proletarskaya metro station. In terms of service level and technical equipment, the new location has become a leader among Moscow's projects.

Praktik Proletarskaya is the most expensive and technologically advanced project in the network. The workspaces are equipped with smart furniture, biodynamic lighting, and a "smart home" system with temperature and humidity sensors. Meeting rooms are outfitted with video conferencing systems and electronic whiteboards. Face ID technology not only recognizes residents but also monitors the quality of service staff. The subscription package includes access to modern MFPs and print stations.

As with other premium projects, Praktik Proletarskaya emphasizes the physical and mental health of its clients, as well as work-life balance. For the first time in Moscow, the coworking space will feature an in-house psychologist's office—residents can book a session or seek immediate help to alleviate anxiety. Additionally, the space includes a music room equipped with instruments, a DJ console, and mixing equipment. The coworking space regularly hosts yoga and functional training sessions, as well as off-site workouts.
