In September 2023, the OFIX Sennaya service office opened in St. Petersburg. On a total area of 640 square meters, 169 workstations have been organized, including 19 smart offices, two meeting rooms for 4 and 6 people, and common areas.
OFIX Sennaya became the third location of the network in St. Petersburg. The office is designed for small teams and remote employees who value comfort and ergonomic spaces. All workstations are equipped with smart furniture, and the meeting rooms feature video conferencing systems and 4K displays. Residents have access to high-speed internet and multifunctional printers. Free time can be spent playing board games or watching TV with subscriptions. The office provides daily cleaning and 24/7 security, and entry to the location is automated using an access control system.
OFIX Sennaya is an eco-friendly project. Disposable tableware is not used here, and separate waste collection is implemented throughout the premises. In the equipped kitchen, fresh pastries, fruits, specialty coffee, and seasonal beverages are available every day.
