Mayakovskaya

Praktik Mayakovskaya is already the second Praktik project on Nevsky Prospect in St. Petersburg. The location, with a total area of 1,000 square meters, is situated on the third floor of the Nevsky Atrium shopping center.

For work, there are 216 workspaces, 47 smart offices, and 2 meeting rooms available. For relaxation, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee spot, and a lounge area with an Xbox and board games. Every week ends with a traditional Friday party, and every three months, a large-scale themed party is held.

Residents of Praktik Mayakovskaya also have access to lectures and seminars as part of the Praktik Study project, as well as outdoor workouts and open-water activities as part of the Praktik Sport project.
