Praktik Proletarskaya opened in January 2023 in the center of Moscow. On three floors and an attic with a total area of 2810 sq.m, there are 578 jobs, including 51 smart rooms. The project occupied a historic building in the immediate vicinity of the Proletarskaya metro station. The location occupies a total area of 1852 square meters, it is equipped with 368 workplaces in the format of separate offices and open space. In addition, the office has 3 meeting rooms with a capacity of 4, 8 and 12 people, a lecture hall for 45 people and a fitness corner.

Praktik Novosibirsk is the most spacious service office in the region. The total location area is 1400 square meters, 258 jobs, 2 negotiation rooms with a capacity of 6-8 people, lectures and public areas are equipped.

In May 2023, the largest Praktik service office to date will open on Chekhov Street in St. Petersburg. On a total area of 3850 square meters there will be 830 workplaces in the format of smart offices and open space. Residents will also have access to 8 meeting rooms, 4 kitchens with coffee spots, a lounge and fitness areas.

Praktik Nevsky is located in the bright attic of a historic building on the main artery of St. Petersburg - Nevsky Prospekt. On a total area of 500 square meters, there are 107 workplaces in the format of smart offices and open space, meeting rooms, telephone booths and recreation areas.

The two-story Impulse service office combines a co-working space and a public space with a coffee shop under one roof. The project was implemented in the building of the former NPO "Impulse" and became a place of attraction for residents of the northern regions of St. Petersburg. On a total area of 938 square meters, 176 smart office and open space workplaces, meeting rooms and common areas are equipped.

The two-level service office is located in the Bertgold Center creative cluster in the center of St. Petersburg. On a total area of 670 square meters, there are 147 workplaces in the format of smart offices and open space, meeting rooms and common areas.

Praktik Suvorovsky is the first flexible office of Praktik in St. Petersburg. On an area of 500 square meters, there are 114 workplaces in the format of smart offices and open space, a meeting room for 8 people, an equipped kitchen, a coffee spot and a lounge area.

OFIX Krasny Prospekt is a service office opened on the main highway of Novosibirsk. The compact location is located on two levels with a total area of 372 square meters. There are 89 workplaces available for residents, a meeting room, a kitchen and common areas.

OFIX Alexander Nevsky is a compact service office for small teams and remote employees. On a total area of 414 square meters, there are 86 workplaces in the smart-office format. In July 2023, the first project of the federal network Praktik, a flexible office of OFIX, will open in the Leninsky district of Voronezh. On the area of 1600 squares there will be 399 workplaces, including 44 offices, 3 meeting rooms and rooms for telephone calls.

In April 2023, an OFIX Sennaya service office will open in St. Petersburg. On a total area of 640 sq. meters, 171 workplaces will be organized, including 19 smart offices, two meeting rooms for 4 and 6 people and common areas.

In mid-2023, Tipanov's OFIX service office will open in the south of St. Petersburg. On an area of 798 square meters there will be 171 workplaces in the format of smart rooms and open space, meeting rooms, a kitchen and other public areas.

The first Praktik coworking in Nizhny Novgorod will open iopen in July 2023 and will occupy 3 floors in a historic building on Rozhdestvenskaya 17 overlooking the Volga. On an area of ​​1754 sq.m. 356 workplaces will be located in the format of smart offices and open space.

Round is the first class A coworking in Tomsk. 360 workplaces in open space and smart offices are located on 2000 square meters, as well as 3 meeting rooms, a lecture hall and a lounge area and a fitness area.

DELO Makhachkala is the first Class A service office managed by Praktik in the North Caucasus. On an area of 863 sq. meters there are 83 jobs, 3 meeting rooms with a capacity of 2 to 16 people and a lecture hall for 120 seats.

Praktik Velikiye Luki is the first European-level service office in the Pskov region. This is the only project of its kind, because there are no other premium co-working spaces outside million cities today. On an area of 400 sq. meters there are 80 workplaces in the open space format, meeting rooms and skype rooms and common areas.

ProfitRooms is a Samara service office managed by Praktik. In a space with a total area of 1,400 square meters in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Rosa IT Park, there are 283 workplaces in the format of smart rooms and open space, 6 meeting rooms and common areas.
