Evropeyskiy bereg

Praktik Evropeyskiy Bereg is the second Praktik project in Novosibirsk. The location, spanning 2,583 square meters, opened in January 2025 in the Evropeyskiy Bereg microdistrict — a multiple winner of the NGS People's Choice Award in the "Best City Microdistrict" category. The business-class real estate and developed infrastructure have made this area the second business center of Novosibirsk.

449 workstations are spread across 4 floors of the Skala business complex, with the highlight of the workspace being dedicated office blocks with private entrances and open terraces overlooking the Ob River.

The service standard at Praktik Evropeyskiy Bereg raises the bar once again — in addition to the now-traditional fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, and snacks, residents have access to a specialty coffee station with a professional barista. Now, residents can unwind and relax not only by playing PlayStation or watching TV but also by visiting an in-house psychologist, available to every resident.

The new location is equipped with state-of-the-art furniture and technology, including smart tables and chairs by Profim, conference and presentation equipment, print zones, and an access control system. As in other Praktik locations, special attention is given to leisure and networking — residents have access to regular English classes, wine evenings, coffee tastings, as well as weekly and quarterly parties.
