Praktik Yevropeyskiy bereg is the second project of Praktik in Novosibirsk. The location, with an area of ​​2,583 square meters, will open in September 2024 in the Yevropeyskiy bereg neighborhood, a multiple winner of the NGS People’s Award in the “Best Neighborhood of the City” category. Business class real estate and developed infrastructure have made this area the second business center of Novosibirsk.

451 workplaces will be located on 4 floors of the Skala business complex, and the highlight of the workspace will be dedicated office blocks with a separate entrance and open terraces overlooking the Ob River.

The standard of service at Praktik Yevropeyskiy bereg is once again raising the bar - in addition to the already traditional fresh fruits, pastries, coffee and snacks, residents will have access to a specialty coffee shop with a professional barista.
