DELO Makhachkala is the first Class A service office managed by Praktik in the North Caucasus. On an area of 863 sq. meters there are 83 jobs, 3 meeting rooms with a capacity of 2 to 16 people and a lecture hall for 120 seats.

The workspace is equipped with the latest technology and smart furniture. The basic package includes the use of call rooms, MFPs and lounge areas with Playstation, board games and streaming services. A feature of DELO Makhachkala is the prayer room, which was included in the project, paying tribute to the traditions of the region.

DELO Makhachkala provides daily cleaning and round-the-clock security. Fresh pastries, fruits, Italian coffee and tea in assortment appear daily in the kitchen. The location is decorated with live plants and supports the zero waste initiative.
