In January 2025, the first regional service office of Praktik opened in Chelyabinsk (Kommuny Street, 87). Spanning 671 square meters, it offers 145 workspaces, including 19 smart offices. Residents have access to meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology, phone booths, a fully equipped kitchen, and lounge areas for relaxation.

The first Praktik in Chelyabinsk integrates all the most progressive and successful solutions implemented in other locations. Work areas are equipped with modern multifunctional devices for printing and document shredding. Biodynamic lighting ensures a comfortable workflow throughout the day and reduces eye strain, while ergonomic furniture adapts to anatomical shapes and provides a comfortable seating position. Two independent Wi-Fi channels offer connection speeds of over 1 Gbit/s, and an access control system with 24/7 video surveillance guarantees the safety of residents.

The equipped kitchen offers unlimited specialty coffee, fruits, pastries, and snacks. In the relaxation zones, residents can enjoy foosball, board games, a TV with streaming subscriptions, and Playstation 5. As in other Praktik locations, the Chelyabinsk project places special emphasis on the leisure and development of its residents. The weekly schedule includes English and Spanish conversation clubs, lectures, workouts, and traditional Friday parties.
