Astana

In September 2024, the first Praktik service office will open in Astana. In the tallest building in Central Asia, Abu Dhabi Plaza, Praktik will be located on an area of 1900 square meters. There will be 381 workplaces equipped here, including 39 smart offices, 5 meeting rooms, a lecture hall and public areas.

All workplaces are equipped with “smart furniture” – smart tables and chairs with a synchronous mechanism. Residents have access to ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, telephone booths for private audio-video calls and modern print areas. The basic membership includes regular English speaking club and Friday parties.

For the comfort and peace of mind of residents, the coworking space will feature 24-hour security and daily cleaning. A short break can be spent in the recreational area with board games and books, or in front of a large plasma with subscriptions to streaming services. The modern kitchen will be supplied with fresh baked goods, specialty coffee, fruit, veg snacks and homemade lemonade every day.
